PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE NETWORKS
Iks Network – Information and Knowledge System – Senac Nacional
The Senac Information and Knowledge System brings the library collections of the Senac Information Facilities together.
The network provides an Internet based bibliographic source called Base Mercúrio that brings together approximately 139,000 records from the libraries, and besides references, makes helpful summaries of the documents available. In order to put together the Base Mercúrio the libraries use CDS/ISIS software and follow guidelines provided by the Cedoc/DN Technical Coordination group.
Access it here: http://www.senac.br/conhecimento/sics.html
PERGAMUM NETWORK
The Pergamum Network makes a bibliographic catalog available of the Institutions that use Pergamum Software to manage their libraries.
The system makes it possible for users to research and select data for on-line records quickly and efficiently, speeding up the cataloguing process up to 70% through the process of importing data.
